Application recommendations:

Massage the oil thoroughly into the scalp and hair for 3-4 minutes, three times a week. Leave the oil on for up to 45 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Use shampoo in the second wash to thoroughly remove any oil residue. For best results, we recommend applying 1-2 hours before bedtime.
