Cancellation policy

Some items in our shop may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy. This cancellation policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you selected. Your payment details will be stored securely, and each delivery will be charged unless payment was made in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is out of stock or arriving soon and currently not in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial payment at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the remaining or full amount at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a full or partial refund. Try Before You Buy

When you purchase an item on a try-before-you-buy basis, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a specific trial period to decide whether to keep the item. Once the trial period ends and you have not returned the item, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
