1. 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item of goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by sending an explicit declaration via email to info@anadoanaturhaus.com.
Return Procedure:
Please do not send goods back to our warehouse unannounced. After contacting us via email, you will receive a Return Slip (Rücksendedokument) and the exact return address. Please be sure to include this document with your return package so that your return can be processed and matched in our fulfillment center.
2. Voluntary 30-Day Return Right
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a total of 30 days to return items. For this voluntary right of return, the goods must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized to individual needs.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery.
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
4. Refunds & Return Shipping Costs
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the delivered goods are defective or damaged.
5. Transport Damage & Defects
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@anadoanaturhaus.com, including your order number. Statutory warranty rights apply.
