Your orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the first following business day. Once the shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
We ship all our orders via DHL. This ensures reliable, fast, and international delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an informative email with a DHL tracking number.
Yes! We offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount:
– Within Germany (DE): free shipping for orders over 60 €
– Countries of the European Union (EU): Shipping is free for orders over 100 €
For orders below these amounts, standard shipping rates apply. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery time varies depending on the shipping country:
– Deliveries within Germany usually take place within 2-4 working days.
– Deliveries to countries in the European Union usually take 4-7 working days.

If there is a broken, damaged or spilled item in your order, please contact us after receiving the order and share the photos of the product with us via email or Whatsapp.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you can return the products within 14 days of receipt. However, the returned products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
Please contact us by email before initiating the return process. Once we receive and inspect the product, your payment will be refunded.
For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products.
Products that have been opened or tried on in sealed packaging are not eligible for return. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
No, returns are not accepted for food that has been opened for hygiene reasons or whose packaging has been damaged. For food products, the return process is invalid if the original packaging has been opened or the product has been consumed. This practice is to protect the health of all our customers. If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email within 14 days of delivery of your order.
We will provide you with all the necessary information for the return. Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund amount will be credited to your account within a few business days using the same payment method.
