Yes, you can - as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. Simply contact us as soon as possible using the form above, and we'll be happy to update your shipping address before the package ships.
Yes, we do! We offer international shipping within the EU. Shipping is free for orders over €60 within Germany and €100 within the EU.
Orders within Germany usually arrive within 2 business days. For other EU countries, delivery usually takes up to 7 business days. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible!
If your item arrived damaged (e.g., broken, leaking), you can return it. For hygiene products, returns are only accepted if the item is unused and in good condition.
