What is carrier oil? What is it used for?

Carrier oils are used to dilute essential oils and apply essential oils to your skin in the healthiest way.

This is because essential oils are strong and can cause irritation when applied directly to the skin.

Although this is not always due to the nature of natural oils , the skin can become irritated due to allergies and various factors.

To avoid creating more problems while trying to give your skin health, you can optimize the effects of the oils you apply to your skin by choosing the right carrier oils.

Because carrier oils are lighter and more tolerable than other oils, they do not attack the skin structure and are used to dilute essential oils.

Most carrier oils are odorless or lightly scented and do not interfere with the therapeutic properties of the essential oil. They can be used alone or in combination with other oils to care for your skin.
